INGREDIENTS:
For The White Gravy Boiling :
Cashew= 80 gm
Dried Melon Seeds= 80 gm
Bay Leaf= 1
Green Cardamom= 2
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Garlic= 4
Green Chilly= 2
Ginger= 3 inch
Onion= 400 gm
Water= 2 cup
Milk
FOR THE TOMATO GRAVY BOILING:
Tomato= 500 gm
Cashew= 50 gm
Dried Melon Seeds= 50 gm
Garlic= 4
Cinnamon Stick= 1
Bay Leaf= 1
Green Chilly= 2
Green Cardamom= 2
Ginger= 3 inch
Water= 2 cup
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
FOR THE KOFTA:
Oil= 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tbsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Green Chilly= 1 tbsp
Spinach= 500 gm
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Kadai Masala= 1 tbsp
Roasted Chicpea Flour= 3 tbsp
Paneer= 400 gm
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/2 tsp
Custard Sugar= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
White Pepper= 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour= 1 tbsp
All Purpose Flour= 1tbsp
Oil For The Fry
WHITE GRAVY:
Oil= 50 gm
Bay Leaf= 1
Cinnamon Stick= 1
Green Cardamom= 2
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
White Gravy
Water= 2 cup
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Sugar= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/2 tsp
White Pepper= 2 pinch
Khowa= 60 gm
Clarified Butter= 3 tbsp
TOMATO GRAVY:
Oil= 60 gm
Black Cardamom= 1
Bay Leaf= 1
Cinnamon Stick= 1
Green Cardamom= 2
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Deggi Mirch= 1 tbsp
Tomato Gravy

Fresh Cream= 1/2 cup
