1. Fast Our deeds are presented to Allah Allah loves when we fast. So if our deeds are presented when we do a action he loves he loves the presentation of our deeds. Imagine you are to give a letter but you presented it with the chocolate the receiver loves... The receiver will automatically be happy Even if the content is not very well He will appreciate the good intent. Our deeds are presented to allah on 1. After fajr and asr Recommendation: morning and evening adhkar 2.Monday and tuesday Recommendation: fast 3. In the month of shaban Recommendation : fast on Monday nd thursdays during shaban Note...shaban is the month when the prophet fasted the most bur not the whole month ....this a way of physically prepare ourselves for ramadan. As now we avoid eating ,drinking, wake up in sehri , offer our mandatory salah , read the quran , prepare for iftar ,talk less , control our 5 fives senses all whilst going around woth our normal daily routine of selfcare , family responsibilities nd work or study.
