Chevella to shad nagar 100 feet road. Connectivity to Airport. Very limited residential zone. From appa junction distance wise same as sankarpally.

I agree but HMDA should set high EMD to ensure only genuine buyers participate and bid. Earlier they use to set decent pre-BID EMDs but from the past few auctions EMD is set to as low as 1 Lakh.

Govt is itself creating artificial hype market Instead of controlling inflation and even land hike prices so that every background ppl can buy land for end use. If govt continues to sell land like this every where in city & out of city then from where Govt can create Sez for employment projects, bcoz industries need place & subsidies from govt to generate huge employment . Development of Hyderabad in terms of land hike is not the development of state & development of people in Telangana. Development means a lot infra( I accept lot of infra has been improved In TrS govt), health schemes for all (govt can be tak some amount from ppl like insurance if Govt cannot afford funds for whole Telangana) which is not implemented properly, free or low cost education to everyone & in everyplace of Telangana which is not implemented at all basically. Development is not all freebies schemes which makes ppl lazy. if Govt wants to support farmers then they should be given correct & best price for their farm & encouraging them to avoid pesticides & chemicals in farming & step them towards organic way so, they can have better earnings & ppl of telangana can have genuine food without adulteration & pesticides. instead of doing these to farmers they are giving rythu bandhu which is no where helping poor farmers for farm investment neither in any way Instead making ppl who have more acres of land to get easy source of income via rythu bandhu which is actually needed for farmers with less land. Development should be In Such a a Way that no corruption, no crime rate, equality in respect, employment generation so that ppl can earn money by themselves not by depending on govt freebies. But yes if at all govt wants to give freebies then they can give major few freebies quality education atleast for low cost if free not possible, free health if not possible govt should take a project like I Durance with less cost compared to Pvt companies with quality treatment. Freebie house I feel like govt should bring ppl to a state that they can ear. Themselves to fullfill their basic needs.
