It has been 50 years since this economic genocide began with that brutal nationalization by a ruthless wadayra, and we have yet to recover. We possess ample irrefutable evidence of persecution. Under the threat of Punjabi military guns, Karachi is self-sacrificing to sustain an entire nation of parasites and thieves, subsidizing the debauchery in Islamabad, the profligacy in Lahore, and the insatiable greed of the Punjab army. Even the meager funds from the NFC are handed over to the dacoits of interior Sindh. Karachi deserves a dedicated annual allocation of at least 2000 billion from its own tax revenues and should be fully empowered. After all, it is the people of Karachi who truly know how to turn the economy around.
