What a stunning flower and wind swept roses that are starting to die, they start that process at the edge of the petals just as you have shown them rolled back. I love this flower so much, Emilia. Great tutorial. I could follow quite easily. Also, for people who feel like the tutorial is going to fast you can stop and catch up like Emilia said but you can also choose how fast you want the tutorial to play under the settings tab. I am happy to see the flower made without using an iron because I am a klutz and would burn myself for sure! Deborah

hi :) silk foam is much more delicate than foamiran, easier to shape and more flexible, you do not use irok for silk foam. I'll have a video with all kinds of foam soon!

Hi Emilia! Before I forget, I have a question for you. Were you using “silk foam” or “foamiron”? I followed your links to that Store in Ireland and they have both. And I haven’t used either one! lol! But I see in the comments that a couple of people mentioned that “foamiron” (sp.?). With that not forgotten... I just wanted to tell you that I absolutely LOVE your work! In fact, I made a separate “Category” with your Name, to save your videos and tutorials under! I always feel bad for anyone who has to learn and use English as a second language (it has so many quirks and idiosyncrasies!)! But I just thought you might want to know (from a viewers standpoint!) that I have noticed your speaking is very good and your explanation of things and your pace during your videos has really gotten very professional! I know that I used to know this, but where are you from? And did you take any art classes or attend design school anywhere? I have been meaning to ask you about that! 😉

I used silk foam. Diference between foamiran and silk foam is that silk foam is softer, more delicate and easier to shape. Silk foam is perfect for realistic flowers, you do not use iron for it. Foamiran is harder, you warm it up on the iron for few seconds and then roll and shape. Thank you so much for all your kind words! Do not feel bad about people learning English :) I am amazed with the power of English and I really would love to learn it well! I am from Poland. I always wanted to go to ART school but my parents didn't let me :( I finished school of photography instead to do something creative but photography never was my passion so I didn't continue it. For years I couldn't find my place doing lots of different jobs. When I had kids I decided to do something creative at home so I started cardmaking which is my main love :D So answering the last question, I didn't attend any design school but still dreaming about it :) Thanks again! hugs xx
