Oh my goodness, Erin! Every additional step you did really enhanced this masterpiece even more! I loooove when you create these books. Erin, I love your piece and I particularly loved your comment about creating a backstory. When I create I disappear into what I am creating as well. I find too, that it brings the piece to life. The only drawback is that I become attached to the pieces and it makes it harder to sell them!
