Shabby Chic Valentines /Vintage French Country / Romantic Valentine DIY Decor / DIY Thrifted Heart

Tonight I will be using a #thrifted item from a #resale shop in my area. I purchased it over a year ago and now it is time to #flip it! I will #diy a partial #valentines #candy #heart box into a Valentines Heart #shabbychic #frenchcountry #elegant #jewelry box. I will be using #burlap #jute #embroidery #thread and jute trims from the #dollartree I will also be using a #waverly #chalkpaint in a beautiful Ballet Slipper pink.
This Valentines heart box will become a keepsake and a #focalpoint of any #shabbychicdecor

That embroidered lid is just stunning! You are so patient & meticulous---and creative! I believe the embroidery you did where you attached the jute by sewing it to the backing, is called "couching."
