Personally, I don't like them. The person who owns the boat is married to an Indian woman who cooks them. The shad are close to a fish that they use in India. I have tasted them from her, and they tasted okay. But they are still loaded with bones. BTW How are you doing Matt? I tried fishing from the dam 5 times this year, and didn't have a single hit. Very strange.
