Hats off to the interviewer. She did an excellent job asking the questions I was curious about.

I gave up on getting rid of Bermuda grass in the transition zone here in ky, and embraced it instead. I reseed tall fescue in the fall to take care of any shady areas and everything works out.

Is this grass available now?

Golf courses must have this stuff. So many courses have perfect bermuda even in their many shaded areas.

I think this is a good project. Living in SC where Bermuda dominant but wanting to have garss in the shady areas ......... it would be nice to have a shade tolerant grass I could mow low and could tolerate our summer heat. Fescue is NOT a happy grass at all here when the temperatures go up. I don't want to cut down all my trees!

The best verity of Bermuda for shade is chainsaw. Cut that tree down.

Artificial selection instead of natural selection.
