i just got the contrail from oakley in las vegas. they are made in china, pretty odd. im new to oakley. i have Costas and Rayban that are made in italy. They are phenomenal sunglasses

I recently picked up that Saphire Prizm P lens in Holbrook LX clear and it's surprisingly one of my favorite lenses I've ever worn. The colors which Oakley decided to make pop with high contrast with these lenses are....drumroll...NEON green, NEON pink, NEON orange and deep blues! It's definitely made for the beach and the pool!

Do all these colors fit in one line? Do they spill over?

As with all the prism lenses, the enhanced colors you see are pretty discreet. Not sure if you checked how Oakley did the Prizm color tuning, but they essentially attenuate the surrounding light frequencies around the intended color frequency that is supposed to be enhanced. So on the violent lens, all the neon colors are enhanced along with pool-blue. With the grey (blacked-out) lens, the enhanced color is grass-green. There isn't any bleed-over between the colors from what I could tell. You need to try out the lenses to see what colors are actually enhanced.

Hey! Oakley employee here - I believe the lens color is Sapphire. If not Sapphire, then it would be Deep Water Polarized. Hope this helped! It’s tough for me to give an exact answer because it’s a little hard to see in the video.

Goofiest looking glasses....but also the best: dark lenses, block out all light, lightweight....just close the side shields before you close the arms or you'll break the tiny pegs that hold the shields on.

These glasses are not good. Front heavy. Grip on nose is useless. Side guards will break almost immediately! They will scratch if you look at them wrong. Good for coverage/light sensitivity, but only work in ideal conditions. Don't sweat, move, look down, ever have to take them on or off, remove the side guards or use them for more than a week and you will be fine!

They’re definitely a style and the main reason why I’m buying them. Great look for some neo psych or indie style of clothing. Any glasses can work if you understand how lenses should with your head shape.
