Absolutely fantastic job with your information regarding new home construction! I watched every single one of them. I’m looking at buying new home construction in DE and I live in NY. I’m looking for something that I’ll be retiring to. Now I have more information and questions after watching you. You did an excellent job and o really appreciate it.

@@ShadesofGray3 I was blessed enough to win a chance in a lottery for a new home 26 years ago, that was one of the happiest days in my life. But, I’ve never built a home from the beginning the way I would like. God is so good and I know He has lead me in the right direction, that’s how I found you. I will definitely keep watching. ❤️

You are working with a good builder because Great Southern Homes don't do pre construction or pre drywall meetings at all. They only do orientation and a walk thru. They are the worse builders I know so far.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with your builder. For the money you pay, you should be able to be involved every step of the way.
