I have been using amla and hibiscus powder since 2 months after my friend recommendation as I was facing severe hair fall. @@dragonblader2667 I haven't used the vembalam pattai. I got my blood tested and I have iron deficiency so I'm taking a supplement for it. And id say that the hairfall has reduced only UpTo 20-30%. Taking supplements are not important your intake and haircare must be taken care. I started including a lot of greeny leaves in my diet and eating 2 boiled eggs in the morning as breakfast. Yeah I do miss it sometimes but I catch them back. Also try skipping junk food and cut off sugars it'll help a lot. Any further questions lemme know. Thank you

Use raw onion juice 30 mins before taking shower, wash with mild shampoo.. You can use it twice a week or once... If you catch cold quickly then better use once... Use constantly for 1 month you will see baby hairs... My hair density is very less due to dandruff problems, I use 2 times in a month cause I don't get time... But you will get results surely... And with it you can also use hibiscus pack twice a month... If you have hibiscus plants in home just pick 2-3 flowers soak it with a little water make a paste or directly rub it on your scalp... You will get shiny black hair..👐
