Ingredients for chicken dabu:
1st marination:
1kg of chicken
1 tbsp of salt
3/4 cup of vinegar
1 liter of water
2nd Marination:
3 tbsp of gram flour
8 tbsp of all purpose flour
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of red chili powder
1 tsp of red chili flakes
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of crushed cumin or cumin powder
1/2 tsp of all spice powder
1/2 tsp of carom seeds
2 pinches of yellow food color
As required sesame seed
Oil for frying
