Shadow 750 oil change

I've ridden my 750 Shadow cross-country several times...often 2up...great little bikes...just can't stop 'em...I'm also a firm believer in buying service manuals...always good advice...bout to be time for my 40K mile service...gotta get some oil next week, & order some fork oil too...might even change out my neck bearings while I've got it that far apart...Honda got weak neck bearings, but a good set of All Balls will have her ready to go another 80K...need to flush the coolant system, change brake fluid, new air filter, plugs & plug wires, then get on it & ride some more...🖖🏿😎👍🏿

Honda recommends dipping the stick. Not screwing it in to check.

Thanks, I'll remember that in the future. I guess that's one of the differences between the factory manual and a Clymer manual.

Do you have to valve adjustment on these bikes I believe it highdrolic or something I don't know hard to find information I live in Australia not much about them here

They do have a valve clearance adjustment. The adjuster screw and lock nut are on the rocker arm. It's accessed through the valve cover. You should be able to get a repair manual from ebay or Amazon.
