All of their hard work paid off. The show looks amazing, the costumes, set design, vfx everything looks so well done. The world feels lived in. As a writer I have literal dreams of that moment when Leigh walks through the set and meets her characters “in the flesh”. It’s something so incredibly touching to think of the characters that you created coming to life on screen and standing before you played by people so wonderfully. I’m not surprised she was crying, I would absolutely lose my shit in happiness.

If you like the books and can afford it, I hope you do think about actually buying the book sometime, but no pressure as I do get that books can be pretty expensive
