Do you have the original video source? The full show perhaps? I'm researching the performer and any leads would be appreciated. If you could reach out via private messages, I have some questions about your library. Thanks!

Dear Glyn: do you still post video clips of that European trio? I can't remember their stage name. Just that it was two men and a woman from either Germany or the Netherlands. With the female partner usually doing brief dances in a green-and-white pants suit with suspenders and a bow tie.

Hi Cary. That's a head-scratcher. I can't think who you mean. Can you give me any more information - perhaps a link to a video? I'll help if I can...

@@glyndavies Well, like I said, it was a three-person magic act. The female partner was a blonde who (somewhat refreshingly) never wore the stereotypical leotard or semi-tuxedo. They seemed to be on all the European TV shows and/or starred in a series of Euro-TV specials all their own. And, occasionally, it was one of the male partners who went in the "Shrink-and-Stretch" box rather than the other way around.

@@carycomic1954 Aha! Magic Unlimited: two guys and a girl - Oscar, Renzo and Mara. You're right - they are from the Netherlands, although I think they worked in Spain for a while. They have a website, but I haven't seen any evidence of them performing for some time now. Hope that helps. I haven't posted anything for ages now. My main interest was professional female magicians, which were a rarity when I started to post their work. These days they're all over the place! Far too many to keep up with. Nice to hear from you again, by the way!

@@glyndavies That's them! Thanks, Glyn. And it's nice to hear from you, too. Yeah, female headliners are a lot more prevalent than they were circa fifteen years ago. But, at the risk of sounding like a feminist sympathizer (politically, I'm probably one inch left of center, _at best_ ), the stage mage profession is still mostly _male_ dominated.

One more question: do you have video clips of the French female magician (Asrah) or the Indonesian lady magician who used a Japanese-sounding stage name (Koropokkuru)?
@glyndavies2 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have three videos of Ashra, but I can't find anything for the Indonesian lady who you mention. Ashra seems to have departed from KZbin and her website has also gone. The videos I have are all Flash Video format and pretty low res.

@@glyndavies Too bad! They were both very talented. Definitely under-rated. In any case, thanks for trying. 🙂
