How do I quality reach green?

The colours progress Green-Blue-Purple-Orange. For Partner levels, Green represents levels 30-90; with each 15 level section identified as +0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. You just need to keep leveling up your Brides to reach Green and higher. To upgrade your bride, just tap on the current level button and then tap Promote. You may need to collect Runes through Raiding on the Collapsed Stages to complete the Promotion.

How did you get her to 5 stars? She isn't available from the normal partner summon gacha. The only way I was able to get her shards was from Infinite Mystery which took months just to get the 60 needed to summon her. Did you use a lot of Universal Shards?

I received Chinami from the Kindred Summon Event that comes around every other week or so. You can also get her Shards and UR Gear from the Arena on weeks where she is the focus.
