As i know now we can reduce GCD from 5 piece of costume (3% or 4% per costume), Acc build Ring of wisdom (20%), 2 choice Sigil (18%), Sprint set (15%), Level sigil collection (1.5% at level 25), 3s clock tower manager card (5% per card), Mount collection level (1% at level 6), some mount use (1-3%), Wedding ring at level 4 (2%). House furniture collection (0.5% at level 5). pick on your own.

In pvp is different haha. when in PVP mode CD Triangle shot is fix at 1 sec. can lower by aspd. most of people struck at 0.4 with aspd 500%.

Attack from behind and you got suprise attack , if you have 400 str u ll got 40% increase dmg with use melee form

Yes melee form is higher dps if you hit from behind but need to more focus. I like crossbow no need to back hit and got dmg from suprise attack too.

@@gooving-k1p Global CD is Cooldown time before use next other skill (include the same skill but need to wait Normal Cooldown) example Skill 1 have Cooldown 3 sec. Global CD 1 sec (many active skill in game have GCD 1 sec like Graffiti) Skill 2 have Cooldown 20 sec. Global CD none (All mask skill) Skill 3 have Cooldown none sec. Global CD depend aspd%. (Triangle shot in PVE) After use skill 1 and want to spam skill 1 again u need to wait 3 second. but if u want to use skill 2 or 3 next, you need to wait 1 second (GCD% reduce this part) that's means if you use skill 2 you can use skill 1 or 3 with out waiting (exclude animation cap cd). And Skill 3 is no CD so you only waiting on Global CD for spamming this and yes GCD% can reduce this too.

obsidian blade had multiplier if you add dexterity so my build is 99 str 90 agi 72 dex 63 luk.... just go for crit enchants and balance melee phys. dmg and crit damage :)... btw im 740k dp with patk 40k without true sight

my gcd before triggered fate and maze is 29% after attack there be 47%. so no minimum bro and 50% is enough for control 0.1-0.2 CD with out Bard.

this only works on pve. In pvp shadow strike has 1sec cooldown. locked at .4 sec on actual pvp
