I defeated him 3-0 in normal edition. That match was really action packed. One front kicked saved from his magic in the third round and after that I gave kunai and after we bothe throwed ranged weapons but my kunai hit him first and I won by 1 hp

use light ranged weps not the heavy ones. when he uses magic or ranged wep, instead of just ducking, u can roll and try to move towards him. focus on the distance between u and ur opponent. if he's a bit far away, u can use double attacks. if he's close, use single moves.

Star you need to learn that here you cant spam attack on your opponent on the ground unless you got a critical hit, then you can get one extra hit or two at most, its made so its a fair fight and you cant bully them on the ground or in the corner. Also when they are pushed against the wall they cant be hit by normal attacks or when jumping off the wall either, only ranged weapons and magic can hit them if they start jumping off the wall, and magic can also hit them always when they are getting off the ground no matter how they fell. But mostly be patient and dont spam attacks when they are on the ground unless you got a critical hit because then you are open and they will hit you

You should relax when playing and dont spam on buttons, focus on his moves, and try to predict them, and when he goes to the lighting thing, you should go fast and attack him immediately, so he cant hit you anymore And you also should do more passive hits often not all the heavy and the super attacks, and block and wait for a time to strike

Stop acting like a teacher, when he does the lighting thing, a thunder bolt comes every 3.5 seconds, but you have to dodge every 2 seconds by jumping back/forward, then do a jump kick when you're close to him, and when he does that lighting ball just roll back, crouching dosn't work bc it still hits you, be aggressive but at the same time patient.

I almost got defeated by Hermit, 3-2. I used Harriet Hooks because of the combos and also the Enfeeble Passive. And combine it with Poetic Mantle with the Damage Absorption. I found out that if both Enfeeble and Damage Absorption activate, Hermit's Magic Attack has less damage. This was an advantage on my end.

Also, dont use the slow-throwing ranged weapons if you cant time your hits, you need more skill with those so stick with the quick-throwing ones instead like the daggers with precision enchantment on them and stand stiiiill to block both the magic bolt and the ranged weapon, in this version nekki broke them and made them blockable

Starinsky, although I know you didn't play the game for very long, I really suggest you to acquire every move of your weapon in your manu bar. Most weapon have powerful moves with back-fist (often short range but quick) and front-fist(single fist, this is exactly like holding attack in SF3) combo. If you know when and what distance to use them, the game would be LOT more enjoyable than spaming kicks. But still, nice video!
