you could avoid sarge's invincible walk by backing yourself off... i defeated him with common swords, spamming f+punch+punch and backing myself off and again f+punch+punch... i needed strong armor and helm though... helm is more important than armor because you take more damage from weak helm than that from weak armor.

I almost lost to sarge it was on hard or insane because I had 2 wins and he also has 2 wins and I did it with only 3 tries But I almost lost because he had low hp and I didn't hit my dashing shadow ability and I was close to him and then he used the shadow ability you said was useless I was gonna get hit and lose cause I had like 2% of my hp so I had to kick him and I hit him fire before he did also I used the THS(two-handed sword) as my weapon

start you made a lot of rookie mistakes...if you have a ranged weapon you keep your distance, once you get to close it's take way to long to initiate a full attack with that spear whereas they'll keep spamming you while you try...keep your distance with ranged weapons and stay close with short ranged weapons

Before engaging for each battle you need to upgrade your weapon! You are missing logics for upgrading. The base of Shadow Fight 3 is meanwhile you are enjoying the game, you should have kept spending the money for upgrading :)
