It should have been a Legionnaires set. From the Butcher Legion faction in SF4. And line strokes are slow. Not suitable for dynasty. This type of weapon should contain invulnerability (unblockable hit). So, like a Legionnaire, our character should shine, for example, when slash back cleavers.

I see, Butcher is a Dynastian, he's just fat. Locust Raid fits really well with the set. By the way, Nekki really need to work on cage and i noticed there's no sound of the cleavers when they hit against the body.
