@@CynAnne1 I'm a fan of Daphne, Delilah, Emi, Luna and Amaya.. I think it's because of their aesthetics, focus and how much I relate to them.. the series and dolls have influenced my biases.. I'm really interested in art, film, semiprecious gemstones and creative writing myself and with amaya and luna there personalities are very intriguing.. recently I also started to gravitate to Lila and Mila.. Ash and River are pretty cool too

The earring holes with no earrings is VERY COMMON. They have earring holes so you can mix and match other dolls clothing and accesories otherwise its not a fashion doll

Kinda obsessed with her :D The clothes are on POINT, finally some high fashion! It's exactly what I've been wanting from RH/SH for so long. The doll herself is kinda flopping though...she's SO S1 in the worst way possible and a lotta people are getting defective ones-

Just got Ainsley! She's more beautiful in person! I don't know why, but her face isn't as shiny as Jay's. It's more of a light sheen and I love it! I don't like to change dolls' makeup unless it's driving me crazy. But her crunchy hair had to go and I don't mind washing that gross product out! I'm so happy I found her at Target along with the Twins today! 😁

Ainsley is very cute but I agree, I hate the shine on her face. I didn't get any of the first series but got the cheerleaders instead because of that tacky shine. When I get her, it's coming off! BTW the holes in her skirt are called grommets. I miss having another tack, too.

I really wish MGA would be more considerate about their packaging. Don’t get me wrong, MGA’s packaging looks amazing aesthetically wise when it comes to the dolls being sealed in their boxes. But opening most of their dolls out of their boxes are a living hell. Especially Rainbow High dolls and even Bratz dolls based on my experience. It’s like they pay more attention in wasting plastic to jail their dolls in place in the boxes and lack care in providing consistent quality of their dolls, clothes and accessories. 💅🏻

Agreed!! I unboxed my Shadow High Storm Twins and was really sad I had to throw out so much plastic and that the backdrop wasn't salvageable for display. This waste is so weird coming from the company that makes LOL OMG dolls whose packaging not only often doubles as a display, playset, and storage, but has reusable paper wrapping for each piece. Why don't they bring that energy to RH and Bratz??

Also. I’m glad my Ainsley wasn’t the only one with the slanted ponytail. I was like- ugh, I got a Janky one. But it appears that they all have it because the high ponytail wouldn’t fit in the box haha. Mines also doesn’t have the shiny highlighter on.

For the messy makeup I also got a Jewel with messy lips and just took some acetone on a q tip and gently removed the excess (also the stray paint on her torso). To clean up the edges and inside of the lips I mixed up glossy acrylic paint and repainted with a detailing brush.

I actually really like her! She’s my 2nd Rainbow/Shadow high and Luckily I was able to grab her at Walmart for such an amazing price. Funny story actually, I went to see if my local Walmart had the RH series 5 dolls and saw this beauty and said what the hey let me go see how much. I price checked her and she came out to be $22.50 at my Walmart, IT WAS A DEAL AND I WAS SOLD! I just had to grab her. I can’t complain too much because that price is a steal alone but yes mine had the black smudges and I could not get her right boot on at all! It was a struggle, I also wish she came with earring lol but she’s amazing either way!

I have a theory I believe that the Shadow high kid’s skin turns Gray and shadow color depending on how much time they spent in that high school.

Yes, there are too many. I wonder if it will backfire on them. With inflation in all areas, including food, housing, and gas, people have less money to spend on luxury items like dolls. I just view it like a doll buffet and only take what looks the best. Hard choices, though.

I'm okay with the amount of releases if they keep them well stocked so everyone can get one at some point when they're able. Limited runs are the only real issue. I'd rather have a doll line thats thriving than one that downgrades the quality of dolls to seem more appealing for a younger age group then disappear for years.. like no shade but think of if that happened to rainbow high? Would that be better than frequent good releases? I remember being heartbroken when things just got less and less till there was nothing, not a sound for years from MH.. I don't want that to ever happen to any of them ever again. MH or RH.. I love them
