I once had a sword the had 25% chance to freeze the enemy 25% chance that it would light the enemy on fire 20% chance it would poison the enemy and a 10% chance it would do extra damage. It was amazing which meant it had a 20% chance of just a regular stroke.

at the end of the eltariel quest line celeb rumble betrays you after you banish a nazgul, then the spider lady revives you and you take saurons cursed ring, hence why he’s a green now instead of blue and when you dominate someone the wraith no longer comes out

You lose Elven Rage as it is replaced by Ringwraith, one of the powers of the cursed ring you wear. You also have the ability to revive the dead too. Basically Talion became his own Wraith.

The first game (Shadow of Mordor) looks better than and plays better than this. The animations are abit stiff looking and the texture work looks overly saturated to the point that it looks mono-toned ... it's as if they used the default settings in Substance Painter and Substance Designer with really minimal work. And looks like there's very little clean up to their animations aswell, lots of popping; no blend transitions .... But the voice acting and music are top notch as the last game. The last game definitely looked, and played better. disclaimer: texture artist here, maybe it's because i look at and work with texture assets so much, i can easily spot what is procgen/default settings of substance painter/designer work. And not sure how regular consumer see it.

Animation-wise, this game was definitely an improvement over the former installment. At least in terms of the animations that the orcs used to present themselves to the player, the ones in SoM were incredibly stiff and robotic, while the ones in SoW seem a lot more fluid. As for the combat animations, aside from some of the new ones added (like the rolling, healing and so on), the rest are basically reused from the old game. And if by animation popping you mean the fact that actors shrink, that also happened in SoM and has to do with syncing up animations between two different actors. For example, you can easily see this when an orc is preparing to grab the player character by the head and push them aside. Since some of the orcs are normally shorter than Talion if they kept the same proportions the orc's hand would clip into Talion's head or neck, so they need to make them momentarily larger, and after the animation finishes playing they shrink back down. The thing that makes SoW look a lot worse than SoM isn't the textures or the animations, it's the lighting quality. That was the element that got a big downgrade unfortunately, and it probably had a lot to do with the fact that this game simply has to render a lot more thing than the last ones.
