Havent played priest before in any form, what do they use as a kick by chance?

Only one Kick 45 sec cd and a Double fear he Fear And After 4 sec it Fear all agian in the near

In this run it looks like he didn't even take the kick talent, but the spell is called Silence. Can be talented to be 30 seconds instead of 45 too but that's a pretty big dps loss
