So I see you never really bother with refreshing your DP on 10 DFO stacks. This is quite a hectic fight and you had a lot of haste when fighting the boss so quite often you had to recast your dots on more than 7 DFO stacks which is good enough but what would you do in a scenario when your DP was first cast on only 2-3 stacks and its gonna wear off after DFO buff finishes. I tend to reapply my DP in this scenario and often VT as well even though I probably lose a tick and full Mind Flay cast on 10 stack. I still cannot say whether this strat is worth it but had some decent success with it. That's also the way I play with Flare proc (Yeah still no scale/spyglass/philactery sadly) meaning when I get the buff I cast DP and when it's about to wear off I cast it once again to have a long powerful DP rolling. Sorry for the wall of text but I would love to get your opinion. I went through the logs a little bit but don't seem to see best parsers care that much about it.

Yeah I haven't bothered much with snapshotting damage in ICC. Would have to run a sim with those conditions to try emulate what you mean and see if it's worth.
