Calyrex Shadow Rider without a doubt because of how broken he is without Yveltal. But whenever Yveltal is present in the meta, he is pretty much balanced and kept in check by the bacon bird, because he is unable to mow him down with Astral Barrage when given an Assault Vest. If Yveltal were in Scarlet and Violet, he would have to Tera Poison to either avoid Expanding Force or Psyshock.
