@@fullfire0 go with the xr920, then you will have an interchangeable kit of long slide, short slide, long frame and short frame... You could mix and match then If you got the mr920l, it'll have the capacity of 15 and long slide, getting the xr920, you'll have a capacity of 17 and the long slide.

I hope this sells well for SSC. I've personally never been interested in this configuration. I own all the SSC firearms, and my opinion is the MR920L is the best thing to come to concealed carry since the invention of belt loops.

Very nice video. It was really cool to see a glimpse of production mixed it with some shooting. I really wanted a full size grip with a compact slide, but a month ago that wasn’t an option, so I bought the MR920L. Now, I really love that set up. I’ll definitely get the XR and maybe the DR as well.

I’m definitely on board with this too! Love my MR920 but also really love my G43X for concealed carry (even without an optic), so if they could pimp it out like the MR920 (and maybe build them with the Shield Arms S15 mags & mag release too) I’d buy it sight unseen.

@@krishiatt7203 It's legal to defend yourself period, it wouldn't compromise your self defense trial (if you had one) at all, if it's a justified shoot it's justified. The only thing I could see happening is a misdemeanor charge

@@boomee78 Probably actually gonna be the G26 next... There are no clones of the 43 and 48 for one reason - Glock's patents haven't expired for them yet (same reason why there are no Glock 19 Gen 5 clones and only Gen3/4's on the market).

@@anonypersona3189 I get that but I don't think that's the only reason we don't see gen 5 clones. There's just not that big an aftermarket part selection for gen 5's. These gucci glock companies make gen 3/4 because of the abundance of parts, plus these companies started out making gen 3/4 parts anyways so they've got the tooling and all that. I recently sold my G19.5 and while it had features I liked, the mr920 was just miles ahead and like 99% of the features of gen 5. The only thing I can think of the mr920 elite lacks that the G19.5 has is an ambi slide release.

I just a couple weeks ago purchased the xr920 elite, I'm aware of the break in period and keeping the gun oiled but is anyone else having trouble with dead triggers ? I've had several mags with 115 124 and 147 give the same result, it will cycle the round into battery but just get the click and no boom . I'm a bit concerned about this being my edc firearm if it continues!

@@MichaelKMorris no, shorter slide. Glock 19 slides are shorter than the 17. The XR920 is a Glock 19 slide on a Glock 17 frame! Glock calls this the Glock 45

I believe the DR is based on the full sized 17. XR will have the 19 slide length but 17 grip length.

All the MR920 models are Glock 19 size. The DR is the Glock 17 size.
