I think one of the best games I played was as a serial killer, I attacked someone, but we had bodyguard and they were guarding the person I tried to kill. But the doctor healed me, and so I survived but the bodyguard did not. I ended up winning because of the mistake the doc made.

That Voting Screen Still sounds good to be honnest. Since then if maf played well and could have won had there been a few role changes (Like Instead of 2 Framers maybe a consig, or No 2 Meds + ret) Then they could still get points. But if they were terrible and didn't play well at all and just gave up D3 they wont get any credit and go down in Elo still. And people like this Jailor dont climb nor go down, They won so they can get credit for winning still, But if people Downvote them they wont go up in rank. Of Cause this can be abused still so wouldn't work as you said, but if worked out properly could be much better for the game, And might mean people can rise in ranks much easier when stuck in silver if they play well.

Ranking in TOS is good. Some games you will be carried but ultimately you will have more wins if you are a better player and consistent with your play. It is a ranking system that takes consistency over one game here or there that may have been good or bad. I don’t know how else they could have done the ranking system. Without ranked and all casuals would be too much.

Hi I’m 2900 elo (Brother) and the games I play are way more balanced. Reason being that the evils know how to properly fake claim to get the advantage, communicate with nk and control the votes. Lower elo is unbalanced because people lack a deeper knowledge of the game (which is understandable!) and town is much easier to play properly.

I get the ranking system isn't the best, and even in masters you see trash, but we need a system. At least in masters more people care about winning and losing so you get far less trolls and more smart plays, even if it's minimal. So yes the ranking system helps even if it's only a little towards games.

There is an Ne and Nk that can kill town too. Maf has 4 ppl and if one is rbed they still have a chance to kill with gf/mafioso. Giving them the chance to kill two ppl n1 means a chance of 3 dead by d2. 15 ppl, 4 maf, 1 ne, 1 nk. 6/15 ppl are already considered evil, so having 3 (almost guatanteed) kills by d2 already brings the number to 6 townies and 6 evils. That's not balanced at all
