The only technique I would alter is to use the glass, rather than the cardboard backing, to measure the photo or image for framing. When I use the glass, I can see exactly how the image will look, rather than guessing if it's centered or placed just the way I want it. Other than that - this was full of great ideas!

The picture frame was unnecessary. You can just recycle cardboard for the whole project.
