i can't wait for this show. the film was fairly strong but in no way compares to the books, the film doesnt really have the time to go deeply into the background of the characters so i can't wait to see the diverse past to all these characters. i just can't wait

i dont actually love the books n that not so great movie, but really quite enjoy the tv version. love the cast especially dominic n matthew. they r really fun to watch. n good for the eyes too. come on. just for that reason i think they deserve a second season. no seriously, they hav lots of reason to screw up cuz its not well done before so theres lots of pressure. n they all pretty green too. but they still done a pretty good job in general. sure its not a breaking bad kind of show, but still better than so many other teen shows tbh.

I totally agree. Dominic Sherwood is really a great actor but I think it's the people writing the script messing him up. as Dominic said Jace is supposed to be sarcastic and arrogant though I haven't seen any of that and that's what I really loved about Jace and they just completely ruined him. I swear they can never recreate book Jace

The story so far (in the series) is great. I agree with all those who say that a series could give us more than a movie. But the actors... I tried, but except for: Isabelle, Alec and Magnus, every single person annoys the shit out of me. Especially Katherine. (Again: don't hate on me, this is just one out of thousands of opinions.)
