But it is true ,do not forget that luke was once a shadowhunter ,valentine threw him into place where wolfs he arranged was snd arranged thry battered luke ,cos he knew clary's mom loves luke more than him ,so cos they are best pals ,he didn't want to kill by himsrlf ,he st him up,and then told luke to kill himself cos he is not worthy of living as a shadowhuntet who turned and just walked away ,valentine is the father of evil,so luke knows a lot about shadowhuntets ,the demons and the downworlders more thsn any other person.

Me too ,he is an awesome guy ,even after what his family did to him abandoning him when valentine set him up out of jealousy of cary's mom ,he hever loose his humanity and go the dark side ,he was once a shadowhuntet warrior,and clary's mom loves him more than valentine ,and when valentine knew about it ,he set him up to be bitten by a weerworlf,the worst than can happen to a shadowhunter ,and tell him to kill himself ,his family also turn their back on him as he is not one of them anymore,cos then the shadowunter are worse than nazi's ,but he survived with his humanitu intact and he is an awesome dad ,i think ,that is why clary's mom loves him.

Kiki Yes he's really good. He's always a responsible and dependable person.The way he cares and protects the people he loves and how he forgave his sister and protected her after all she's done. I love everything about him. And honestly Isaiah has done a great job in portraying the character.
