This is amazing! It seems to be teaching me so many things at once! Am I overthinking this? Very significantly, I experience a kind of entrainment similar to the one people have when playing music together. In order to do so, your timing must be immaculate and yet your own. You have to be in the present moment. As I try to shadow you, the entrainment takes me to a place where we are one voice! It's hard to hold on to, and eventually quite tiring, but miraculous! It's like learning to ride a bike as well. You have to learn how to dig and when to zag, in order to balance. As I continue typing, now I hear your voice, and your manner of voice, speaking what I'm typing. I have to stay in the present to have this occur. Thinking about it causes me to leave the entrainment, and the " shadow spell" is lost. I am also learning to become engaged in my typing and speech, by some force I'm not sure I understand. Something brought me here, and my personal questions summoned it! Thank you, I hope to come here often. Is this what " mindfulness really is? Amazing!
