When u realise the shadow lord well litteraly Nier as a gestalt is the only one who is kinda right the body of the replicant was and still his, it just forgot and is now fighting its own soul in ignorance more, when a gestalt died for good we learn that the replicant is doomed to die soon so nier killing shadowlord is litteraly watching a body killing his own soul... like a litteral suicide 😢

the picture goes hard, this is how it should have ended to save humanity, but the shadowlord never hurt ot killed anyone. he was not evil ...he is just the right owner of this replicant body. his own body to begin with....1400 years just to see yonah giving up.....

i honestly have no answer to it, but i dont even know what at this point is right or worng nor do i know if it was genoside or not. NieR aka Shadowlord was just a boy trying to survive to save his sister and humanity in exchange if they find a cure. i always do ask myself what would i have done better at this point? or is there a way to change something? was there hope? and what was hope at this point? is it to make dreams and goals come true? or is it just a blanket to keep us warm while we chase them?@@ekadria-bo4962

the shadowlord would never say this, the shadowlord is nier himself, just a guy who never killed or hurt anyone. who tried to survive, who gave up his body to save his sister and humanity, it was his own body who killed him. but the shadowlord needed to win this fight at any cost...unfortunaley he did not.
