Dolomites are great! It's one of my favorite areas(not that Swiss alps get boring) but it's a nice change of scenery because the mountains are totally different.. and can ride faster than in Switzerland..plus it's a little cheaper for hotels/food. And can ride one pass after another!

Hi. Yes, I still have the bike. But since one and a half year, she is standing in our house without license plate. I bought a new Superduke 1290 R 2 years ago, but I still cannot sell the old Bandit. Too much emotions on that bike. Maybe one day, I will take the old Lady back on the road. Because Bandit and Superduke are soo different. Old 4 cylinder with caburetor vs. V2 injection with all electrical gimmicks. It's a nice alternative. But actually, the old Bandit stays warm and dry downstairs the house. :)

Speed tickets on italian roads are very very expensive, so i had to control myself. But it was very painfull :)

...Das habe ich so gesehen, aber was passiert dann mit den Ausgleichsbehältern von Kupplung und Bremse....Die stehen dann doch auf dem Kopf...Oder bin ich da falsch?

Nein,du musst nur die Halterung der Spiegel vom Lenker abschrauben und verkehrt herum wieder montieren. Dann zeigen die Gewinde zur Spiegelbefestigung nach unten. Das zwei Halbschalen,die man einfach herumdrehen kann. Ausgleichsbehälter hängen da nicht mit dran.

It´s a Motogadget " Motoscope Pro" . It´s very nice ,very small,but full of Driving Informations. And you can read it in every weather conditions.

Danke für die Antwort...Habe ich dann gestern als ich an meiner nachgeschaut habe auch gerafft. Nochmals vielen Dank. Sieht klasse aus deine Dicke. Hast du jetzt das Bremsen quietschen hinten auch weg bekommen;-)

Kein Problem. :) Vielen Dank. Das Quitschen kam im Sommerurlaub langsam zurück. Nach dem Bremsenwechsel im Winter 2015 war eigentlich alles ruhig. Aber es hält sich in Grenzen,kein Vergleich zu vorher in den älteren Videos. Da waren die vorderen Scheiben ziemlich fertig und extrem laut.

Ein bisschen Kupferpaste auf die Rückseite der Bremsbeläge und das Quietschen ist weg :-)

Was für Halter für die Spiegel sind das?

Das sind ShinYo Agila Spiegel. Die sind verkehrt herum montiert und die Spiegelarme müssen passend gebogen werden,damit sie zum Schluß so aussehen und man sie benutzen kann.

Immediate throttle response, acceleration, 58,59 times more biking joy, than in 84, my nearly new GPZ 750 turbo, heard first production bike any size, to do the standing quarter mile in 10 seconds,mine, most I got was 161 mph, planted, sure riding. Much rather, 2nd,3rd, 4th gear, fuel inj.650 Bandit, Bandit time, fekkin Perfect Storms, AMAZING. Yours Professor Bandit fuel inj.650 B.T.E.out. PhD in Bandit Torque Enjoyment only, nothing technical. Sadly now a semi retired fuel inj. Banditateer EFFIN Banditaholic, ruined me for any other bike, well, maybe a MT10 Yam., or a 1250 Bandit, sheet,for a healthy Bandit 250,400,600 or a fuel inj.650 WOW, VERY VERY VERY FEROCIOUS, always a pleasure.
