I like the Mando leader actually rewards you for playing upgrades. It usually feels bad playing an upgrade and not being able to attack right away, so being able to exhaust the enemy when you play an upgrade helps with the pacing of combat.

I'm just so happy that they nailed the flavour on Thrawn. He's been one of my favourite Star Wars characters since I've read the old books many many years ago. Playing him really feels like being Thrawn, knowing things about the enemy even they don't know and using that knowledge against them.

Awesome! its a really great game I am excited for its future. The tokens are the official game genic ones. They were really under-distributed so I'd recommend checking etsy for custom tokens theres a ton of awesome creators on there.

Bossk's ability triggers after the event, so the Shoot First interaction wouldn't work here. 3.3.6. If a triggered ability has the triggering condition “When you play an event,” the event ability must be resolved as completely as possible before resolving the triggered ability.

Events immediately go to the discard pile from hand, they are never in play. But, sneak attack means they come in ready and is not a when played, so doesn’t pair well with Ambush as you can’t choose to ambush then ready the unit.

Bounty is great for inert unit ability, but as a separate upgrade attached to opponent's unit that does nothing else, I dont think so. Wanted wont see play. It cost you a card and an action. It could be better. Like maybe adding -1/-1 debuff to attached unit and/or draw a card when played.

Wanted being a common looks right for what it does. I can guarantee better bounty cards will be included the higher the rarity.

New set looks sweet so far, deck options are going to get crazy. Tracking health on captured units seems like it would be a little clunky while flipping everything around, does it restore health?

Yea it resets health and discards all attachments

Hopefully ordering is remove attachments to discard pile, check for defeated, then clear damage and put face down beside the board

I believe it will not check for defeated before the capture. So if say 2xp tokens on sabine with 3 damage, the unit just gets picked up. That is how similar mechanics have worked in past FFG games at least.@@RichieDcik
