Hey, wait minute! This SNES game has blood in it! Not even Mortal Kombat had in blood in the SNES version. Also, this game is giving me flashbacks to Turok 2: Seeds of Evil with it's gory death animations.

I vaguely remember playing this maybe once after renting a couple games over the weekend, but not much beyond that. I will say I'm surprised that Nintendo allowed this on the SNES due to how violent it is.

Just now realizing it, but I wonder if this game was inpsired by Warhammer. Both the MC's of the game and the enemies look like warhammer exaggerated creations, this did afterall all came out about 8 years after its first release.

Duck, the game is based on Mutant Chronicles tableto setting, which is pretty much lighter and softer Warhammer.

Graphics in games like this looks kinda weird because characters and enemies never cast any shadows. I wish this visual flaw was not so omnipresent during 16-bit era, there were better ways to save on vram without making characters look like they are hovering or like a completely flat stickers which were glued to the background, ugh. I'm glad that Streets of Rage series never had this issue, really glad!

wow, except for the Razide, who is waaay too short. they really missed out on some great designes. This looks just pure awful and where are the followers of Illian? the preatorian stalkers, the Azogar nepharite, the ezoghoul and many other super-awsome-mega-cool-stuff they left out for no reason.
