I take it you havent played a good baseball game or real baseball? They pretty much lead sports titles in the 90s Lots of fun. Baseball is cool, but if your hand eye coordination sucks then I can see why you wouldn't like it.

As someone who's both watched and played sports I can confirm this to be true. Watching others play video games is boring too(not me but I've seen people fall asleep watching others game) everyone's different. But I wasn't so much talking about your skill level in real baseball just the sport in general compared to watching it, and that there's plenty of great baseball games out there(video games).

So... It's basicly Undercover Cops, but the main character is a Ninja who is also a baseball player, and the enemies are anthropomorphized American stereotypical stuff? It does no dmg. He even eats food after the fight to show his hp bar not filling up. He may of been stuned, but he took no dmg so the title still doesn't lie.

So this was the arcade original? I remembered playing Ninja Baseball Batman 2 on PC. Though whats weird is that there were no differences between the two of them. The story was the same but you do get a rematch with Windy Plane who was recolored in the finale stage. I can't think of any other differences.
