Shadow I find very weak, my 20 is solid geared now ( considering our gem rules ) and I feel the damage is low. I can full cycle a rotation on a player and I barely see the health bar dip lol Maybe I’m comparing the damage to my 11 fury …..

11 and 20s are not to be compared for obvious reasons. But shadow at 20 can deal quite a lot of pressure, could be your gear setup
