The deck's win condition is already kinda slow because of how much set up it needs to get there by having to find Valdain, Dracomancer's Rites didn't feel like it really helped speed the deck up. The fact that the deck doesn't have a way to reliably search Valdain out, which is absolutely crucial because he is the deck's win condition, makes me not want to put it higher than Tier 2 at best. Otherwise, you see Valdain and fill your cemetery up with Natura cards you're cooking.
