Not bad but i hope high costs would be him losing his allies or something, as of now his companions don't know what they're truly up against and if he lost them he would probably revert back to pure hatred. And as in terms of a dead world i hope it would revert to before griffith used the behelit or before anyone used it then the pages slowly go from black to matte to gray, then showing another kid probably blonde or something who is shown sacrificing someone to become god, and then it just goes black. TL DR: some fanfic ending, also the ending is supposed to show that "heavenly" power = Human greed. And supposed to make the reader understand that humans are the hugest threat to themselves.

@@mr.riposte2280 In my opinion this would just be a carbon copy of attack on titan. The ending has to be meaningful and has to halt whatever "cycle" you have stated to exist. The story of berserk does include some topics of human nature but the fact is Guts is everything that humans aren't, a fighter against all odds who doesn't falter at the sight of hardships coming his way. His companions will die, at least one, that is for sure. The ending for me has to include either Griffith dying or Guts and Griffith dying with some more meaningful significance. Miura stated that Guts would have a happy ending. If anybody deserves it, its him. This story does great in the fact that most happy ending seem cliché but here it actually seems like it would suit the story. Sorry for the rant just wanted to express my opinion, as you have the right to you own. Keep going struggler.
