The bug happens when the unit being hit is already damaged. Then the bug fully heals the unit.

I found some stats. His highest mmr season was Season 2 where he was 7th in Europe with 15350 followed closely by Season 3 where he was 9th with 15280. In the current season he is 35th atm with 14408.

Okay, the entire comp breakdown at the beginning is great. I know that is a lot of work for every game, and disrupts the flow of the stream, but having some sort of description of the possible directions at the beginning, similar to this as a post-game/pre-upload intro for the KZbin vod would be interesting. You know your schedule better than anyone else, and you know you audience better than me, so maybe that would suck. But figured I'd offer it. Your content is awesome, keep it up!

Bug may be a communication issue. Like a character limit or a delay on information being transmitted. As of the hit never occurred

my guess is that the game calculates damage differently depending on if the unit has already taken damage as it seems to only happen when attacking a damaged unit. Maybe when a unit is full health the game just compares the numbers while when a unit is damaged it subtracts it which causes a problem.

At timestamp 24:00 - Baron 361/4 even gets life back after being hit by the monster -> 361/7 :-) The monster is so big that the damage calculations failed :-)
