Last night i heard it when it's uploaded on spotify i thought it's gonna be shae gill's first debut song on her youtube channel and i asked her for a visuals but it's her 2nd coke studio global song... But she was using first single pronoun when she said "bhagti rahi" Why not say, "apnay diye ko mai sab sey bachanay laggi" Translations lose taste of language when done quite literally. I being a native speaker felt that her journey began with companions and she had to let go of that part and have her morning by herself. But of course, if you assume that she was honoring her journey; "hum" is appropriate word for "she".

She obviously changed those and literal translation would accomodate "we" for "hum". Like I said, translations take away taste of language. She may mean just herself and yet no word but "we" will translate to "Hum" Ps. At this point I'm very invested in translating it literally; but know that your response and commitment to a youtube reply was certainly refreshing. I love witty responses.
