I watched the anime for My Happy Marriage and I LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED it, I need more! But I saw there’s only 4 manga volumes released in English, so I’m not sure if it would even surpass the anime and be worth buying

You can always go for the light novels, because it is ahead. The anime is within the first 2 volumes. Anything after that is new content.
