Is it necessary to use a siwak ( if we don’t have one ) or face the Qiblah? Oh and wash the mouth and nose separately

you can wash them both combined, as well as if you don’t have a siwaak better to buy it. if you can’t find it near you then use a toothpaste alhamdullilah.
