They were paying attention to Fred and Daphne so much and now they give Velma and Shaggy a chance to show that they love each other

Funny thing is its always been implied in Where Are You that Velma has interest on Shaggy. Its either Shaggy is too oblivious or maybe too distracted.

That kiss at the end clearly had chemistry. Although after all the grief they gave Fred and Daphne for being a couple, They probably wouldn't want to admit it in front of them.

He does notice he should really be writing something like Mr. Shaggy Rogers + Miss. Velma Dinkley = Mrs. Velma Rogers xD

I ship Velma and Shaggy so much! I wish the movies/fandom paid more attention to them then Fred and Daphne

Especially since Shaggy not Fred or Daphne is the series' main human protagonist.

@@barneynedward agree. I always see Shaggy and Velma the main humans. The only reason Fred/Daphne became a thing because the writers of Where Are You find it hard and hated writing for Daphne and Fred. Its actually why everytime they split up its always Shaggy, Velma and Scooby because they are the comedy trio and easier to write unlike the boring Daphne and Fred.
