Salaam aunty. Love your videos. A fellow bhindi lover here, and yes it's very expensive in England. You can buy it frozen much cheaper, the flavour is pretty much same, but you have to defrost properly, and fry lightly in a bit of oil to get rid of excess slime then add to your masala. Fresh is tastier but almost as expensive as meat!
