Hisham - Sana'a I think it is so exaggeration to say that the performance of Shahd in this song was better and higher than the original singer (Um Kolthoum) because absolutely there is no margin to compare between the two singers. Um Kolthoum's voice competences were remarkable and standard She was the only singer in the arabic history who could perform all the 7makamat with all their offshoots , all that with the highest faculty of breathing control thank you
