For those who are going to make this in future, Firstly, while making sauce, add the cream or milk after the caramel almost completely cools down....otherwise even room temperature milk or cream curdles up. This should hv been mentioned..secondly, after the caramel sauce is prepared, it should cool down completely before adding it to the whipped cream. It so happens that people who live in hot areas find it difficult to whip cream..you can keep an iced water bowl below the bowl while whipping cream in it..so that it forms stiff peaks..

Hi all ...those a who ever are watching pls watch complete video do not skip it u might miss out the instructions... I mentioned clearly cool and mix with cream ... While adding milk or cream to sauce off flame cool little then add milk mentioned that too ... While whipping the cream use chilled cream no need of ice bowl.. unless if using fresh cream to whip....
