Hii mrinal I am a big fan of your vlogs. After watching two or more of your videos you have been saying the problem with the waiters that they are not suggesting good items from the menu.The reasons may be :1) They never get to taste the food from that hotels .2)Their wages are so little that they can't afford to buys food from that hotels.3) If they suggest any food from the menu and if that comes to be wrong we will definitely complain the manager and so they get scold or even they may be fired.4)The dishes that is made in every kitchen might vary it's taste every day ,so they may not be sure ..The best thing we could do is ask the managers for suggestions (because they manages in and out of the kitchen). Blaming those poor waiter doesn't sound good dear.

Hi Mrinal sir,. Personally I think that the ritual or habit of asking what is the special available here would not be the right thing all the time at every place. Because i have observed that waiter/manager suggesting the costliest food from the menu and the dish is not good or doesn't taste better at all. After facing such few couple of issues i started to choose whatever i need by myself from the menu. Even though they come and tell me items, i will make a point to ask for menu. What do you think Mrinal?

Mrinal, you basically have some enmity to Trivandrum and the people. I haven't seen a single video where you appreciate Tvm. Kochi guys usually have a problem with Tvm. I have my friends from Trchr and Calicut who love food in Tvm and have brought people from their lands, but you seem to either not know where to go or you purposely find issues
