FOR SHAHI KULFA OR ANY ICE CREAM: when you put in the freezer, you need to whisk or mix it well after every 30 minutes for 4 times, i mean to say whisk or mix it well for 4 to 5 times with spoon within 2 hours. it will be perfect and insha Allah no icing any more. try and good luck
